will you be running if you go to yokomo the new rayspeed kit?
It looks like a sharp kit for the yokomo and did you get your ball cups?

Use a #59 drill bit or the hpi #2 piston. Either that or use lighter shock oil like 20 or 30.

the motor slots and other openings on the bottom chassis I seal them myself.

I doubt I will be going with the RS chassis, from what I hear it is the same kind of CF that is used in the stock SD kits. The SSG material is crap, if you take the bare chassis unbuilt, and twist it, it will hold the twist. The carbon fiber chassis will do the same, just not as bad, and supposively so will the RS. There is going to be a new chassis coming out that will not hold the twist though.

Now that the carbon parts are bieng released, the car will have a bit more durability, but I'm still not 100% decided on the car yet.

I have not broke the SD anymore than other touring cars I have ran, HPI, Losi, FSR, Schumacher, and others. I don't think breakage is anymore of a problem with the SD than any other top notch car. Any car with stiff parts on it will tend to break more than cars that are more sport oriented.

I'm seriously thinking of getting a Cuda. Worried a tad about a new version coming out so if I get the R2 it won't be upgradable to the R3 setup and then my car is already dated after 2 months.

The R2 "will not" have a upgrade kit to the R3.... But basically the R3 is just a sightly different varyance of the Xenon R2....
the cars are really not that different..... just motor mount ,steering system and Bulk heads now have stabilizer mounts integrated into them for faster maintenence.

Ya ..... Tell me about it...build that dang thing allready and give it a try....instead of getting back into that SD.. What you ought to be doing is convincing OL' Boy to give up the SD and try the Cuda

Very True

Can't believe he's considering a car he seemed to dislike so much, instead of getting back into a car he liked but had an understeer problem with, which may well be fixed when he builds the darn thing

I still have my R2, just still unbuilt because it's been a busy couple weeks for me.
