man, both of you are getting rid of the LCG
I still have mine, un-bulid alone with my BD....
still running my rayspeed and CGM....

my little bro is going to start racing with me, so i'm
going to let him beat up my CGM before i upgrade him
to the pro4 i got from jaybee, which is very nice btw.

Shookie, Jaybee what the hell is happening to you guys!! your selling your LCG!!

You re going to let go one of the Best shaft car available at the moment, plus you race stock so to me it sounds weird...doesnt the shaft drivetrain give you an advantage over the BD or is the BD such a great car its still faster eventhough its belt drive?

Well, at least you going to make 2 happy owners for sure!

Cheers!

Don't worry I will still have my Rayspeed for a long time coming...(more of my play car though) I will use it in Mexico on Missions trips to orphanages to entertain the kids.
I'll put it too you like this....
I don't have enough skill nor time to be able to drive both types of tranmissions...Shaft requires a little different throttle control than belt drive and to have two sepperate car to remember how to control the throttle just makes it more difficult to consintrate, as I am getting older and all my hand eye has been washed away by massive abuse to my body in my teens and early twenties..LOL
I just found that the BD suits my driving style better and I have become much more consistant with it than I have with the LCG....I do love how it handles I just can not do both right now...
Funny thing I think I already sold mine. Just waiting on the payment....

I'm looking for a setup to use on a skid-not surface I have the Rayspeed conversion on the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I still have my SDW and Rayspeed (they haven't sold yet). With the BD I just drive better. Maybe it's track time kickin' in or set-up or both. All I know is that my lap times and my # of laps have inreased quite a bit since making the switch. My only other car that compares in the same sense is my RDX (which is my 2nd BD shookie )
But I think down the road I'm going to 'bite' Matt H. and just get the LCG kit -R/C lover

I got my speedtech spool today. It's really heavy, and that might actually help keep the momentum in a corner. I know with my plastic spool, the front end kind of "boggs down" in the corner.

Anybody put anykind of grease on the outdrives?
