IH: the main idea behind moving the servo is to gain space.

Default RAYSPEED SPRINGS

After getting a few sets....
Just to let everyone know that the RaySpeed Springs are 25mm tall vs 22mm for the Yok springs. the longer springs will require some modifications like using AE shock ends to make them fit right. They are too tall in the stock set-ups.

just take the 0 off 350.. So it would be 35wt.. Trinity makes 35wt oil.

Hi guys. Greetings from Malta.

I ran the car again yesterday, after a few more mods.

I built up it's own shocks as per the book, complete with kit springs, ends, oil, etc. I fitted them as instructed (top outermost, etc) in the manual. Interestingly the Chris Grainger set up for Stafford is quite similar.

I had to put the long ends on all 4, and screw them out a bit, to get anything above 5mm ground clearance, which is why i had originally started with the AE shocks which are longer.

I must say that the car didn't feel so good with the shocks so upright. it felt more twitchy. I laid them down again and it was better.

Today I will try fitting slightly longer shock shafts to get the same length as i have with the AE shocks, and thus get a bit of droop back.

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.

Wiley, The Game,

for Yokomo oil weight, I read very long time ago in the MR4TC thread that you take the 0 away and minus 5.

350 Yok : 30 oil

I think Ralf is right.

A Yoke 450 is a 40 oil.

I believe that's what comes in the SD kit.
