Yeah, that happened to me, and the pin keeps getting loose, anyway to fix this?

Use some locktite on the set screw that holds the pin in the cvd to prevent the pin from coming loose.

Does the wide bumper set REALLY help? Does it pretty much prevent most problems like knuckle breakage, arm breakage, etc.?

The wide bumper is probably the best thing you can get for the car, it helps alot. I haven't broke any front end parts since I put it on.

Well just took home the Region 3 Stock TC title today. Car ran pretty good. Here is my setup....

As for axles, I seemed to have always sheared off the stock bones clean in half near the axle. But now I run the hardened univeral set with no problems at all. It's very nice and well worth it.

Matt another question... Just wondering why you use such a variation of things from setup to setup. Like different springs (associated) (rayspeed) (yokomo) and pistons (yokomo) (rayspeed) also with shock oil (yokomo) (associated).

I like to try alot of different things on the car. AE springs are the ones I ran on my carpet setup since they have the weights I wanted. I like the RS springs since they are more consistent from spring to spring, the stock yokomo ones are sometimes inconsistent from spring to spring in the length of them. I change shock oils to the yokomo oil when I'm trying out a setup that calls for yokomo oil, if I like the setup I stick with the oil but I usually use AE shock oil since it's more readily available. I don't think I've run the same setup week to week since I've had the car

I on the other hand broke the cvd pins. One hard bump on the wall both the pins on the front end snap and lost traction totally.
