No layshaft pulley changes needed if you are running 10.5/13.5/17.5.

Use the 36T pulleys and the Tamiya #53707 TRF415 Low Friction Belt (Rear) to do it.

Thanks for all the help guys! Should be getting my Phi hopefully by Wednesday.

Anyone know where I can get the diff spacer (part #COR75926) and a 1/4"x3/8" flanged bearing to modify the diffs? My local hobby shop doesnt have either part in stock. Looks like superiorhobbies.com is out of the diff spacer as well and the CorallyUSA website doesnt give you updates on what is in stock. Any help would be appreciated.

I ran 600 laps this past weekend in mod TC foam and they feel smoother than when I first built them I'll run them at the IIC and see if I can get some more out of them before a rebuild. A must for all PHI's. It's insane!!

On the new diff do the conical washers go in with the cup up (v) against the nut or are they run opposing each other (v^)?

You do not want 79690, as that is the original PHI diff.

The 08 PHI Diff is 79680 and does not come with pulleys. The original 36T and 42T pulleys will still work.

We are out of stock on the new diffs for about 3 more weeks.

The only things I would get for the car are aluminum steering knuckles, 1.3 sway bar kit for front and rear, Black spring kit, Hard bumper, and 36T diff pullies if your going to be running brushless. You'll also need a shorter rear belt and bearing holders. It wouldnt hurt to pick up extra #35 F/R arms and some shims. The car is really good outta the box with a one-way, but with just a couple of key items its dialed.
