Oh dear god, please, not again. I hope the front arm thing is just due to a soft bumper or something. I have the Rubberneck on there.

I have noticed the axles hang well beyond the wheel. Doesn't that usually lead to getting caught on boards and being ripped off?

Don't use the stock bumper. Either Rubberneck or PDub is the ticket and as the other poster said, don't hit anything.

Yeah, I went with the setup in the kit with the only change being the spool up front. I may end up going back to a link myself, I will see how this mod plays out, for as Syndrome said, it is a pain to adjust camber with it.

Pooky, was the mod good at holding the camber or did it change as much as a standard link?

ARMS WEAK???? I think this car is a tank. Im still on my first set of arms, and the arms on my car were from my 3 deck car, which I drove for a month, and was a hand-me-down and driven for gawd knows how long before me..... and the last driver who had my car was a real HAMMER.. and im still a bit rusty.. I have definitely done some durability testing... arms are great.

Going back to the regular camber link up front seems to work fine with the hardware from the rear, except for the ballstud. It's not long enough to thread into the steering knuckle. Is there a longer stud? Anybody got a part number for it?

I'm going to run tomorrow with the JR Link and get a feel for the car. Hopefully it holds camber well, my fingers are still sore from twisting that sucker and getting it snapped back into place.

The car feels awesome now that it's all built and ready to go. I'm SO excited to get to the track tomorrow morning and start turning some laps with it. Hopefully it handles okay with a light LiPo, there's not much room to add weight. C'mon weighted LiPo tray!

Do you guys grind down your axles? I've always been afraid I'll screw up the threads on the end or something. If so, what's the trick? Dremel and grinding wheel?

We will weigh a lipo, nimh, and your car tomorrow. Then we will figure how heavy it needs to be so you make weight.

Just round the edge to make sure the leading thread is ok... If you screwed it up i'm sure i could find a die to fix it right up. Worse come to worse a file will fix all (just a lil more time consuming )
