I'm not used to a Tamiya without carbon towers but this blue bling-bling stuff is one thing I can't get over with.

What's people's take on the bulkheads and servo holder not being pinned to the chassis? Think this will be an issue?

They weren't on the 420 or 420X either and personally never had an issue with that.

It has screws to secure it. I've never found the pins to be useful on cars that have them.

You mean come back after the next Mugen Release...Originality should be priority number one while getting your post count up !!! I always wondered why Marc Rheinard left tamiya....Good luck selling the Mtc421...

Not winning an Ifmar Worlds pushes companies into futuristic chassis designs, while winning seems to make companies extremely complacent and refusing to move on to more advanced chassis designs...Marc saw the stagnation and moved on to other chassis ,.Awesomatix, MR33, etc...Marc won because of his talent, not because he drove a Tamiya...Other racers have caught on, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel....Next stop: Bankruptcy....lol....

if you’re going to use that as your leg to stand on at least have your facts straight. Tamiya stopped funding their race team completely. It wasn’t Marc moving on and his first chassis after Tamiya wasn’t Awesomatix.

No need to get crazy about all the details, but the fact is Marc left and won the NYGP with an Awesomatix: enough said...Others will follow suit period...Zuqbu should have videos of the tc421 in the Dmain soon...Cheers...Peace..

Tamiya bankrupt 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 that’s the funniest thing I have heard all year. They have deeper pockets than any RC brand. For reference, Xray did 4.5 million last year, Tamiya 25 million.

Marc didn't see it and leave. Tamiya sacked the entire team.

Bankruptcy? Bert you do realize that r/c isn't Tamiyas' main source of income. And as for marcs talent you can say that about any of the top level drivers and the cars they drive.
