What is the benefit of not running a center and/or rear chassis brace? I see some setups that have the front brace checked, but not the center or rear. Thoughts?

It allows more chassis flex which aids traction on bumpier tracks. If you remove the rear brace, essentially the rear end should feel a little more planted and vice versa.

Thanks for the info.

Lots of ways to do this with hubs, thinner hex and such. Narrow track width can improve handling characteristics. Mainly more side bite in the corner. Makes overall grip increase or feel like it has, especially on tight indoor tracks. Keep in mind that it makes the car harder to drive and not as forgiving. Might even traction roll. I don't feel it is needed for most tracks, but you are the only one who can test it to confirm its right for you and your track. Test it and share your findings with us here.

Anyone experience any "slop" in the center diff when installing TKR 5262 CNC Split diff mount? They are installed correctly (bearing notch) but the front of the center diff has about .064 of slop in it. It spins free but it did not have the play when I was using the OEM plastic mount

I never used the aluminum diff for the EB, I had it on my truggy. No, I didn't notice any play. But that little amount of play, use one of the shims for the F/R diffs and space it out.

Use the plastic hold downs. This should solve the issue
