My car has been getting better and better. 7.5 mod xb2 on medium clay track
It's actually drivable and forgiving now. car didn't work at all out of the box but these changes made a huge difference, car responds very well to changes!
I don't know much about setup but I was able to get help from a variety of people.
So far what i've done from stock setup is:
lengthened rear links
moved rear shocks to the back
shortened wheelbase at the rear
removed several chassis flex screws
reduced rear anti squat
increased rear toe in

18 is as low as I can get it. I'm thinking something else must be wrong but can't see anything. Rebuilt the shocks and they are super smooth (polished the shafts), and there is no bind. Arms move freely, I dont know what else to check haha.
Rear end is 1.7x2/35wt Associated oil 27mm stroke, 3mm upstop, 1mm downstop

If you are trying to get to the 16mm front and 15mm rear ride height we are using we cut 1 row off the springs.
This applies to both 4 dot front / 3 dot rear and 3 dot front / 2 dot rear setups

Bent,
I´ve a question according to the hard and medium parts. When I use the medium parts in front, do I have more steering or less? Or does it only change the "feeling" of the car?
Furthermore do you have already a release date for the brass lipo weight?
Thanks a lot in advance!
PS: Congratulation to the great results at DHI Cup!

bentka, we run on medium to high bit dirt tracks. Which version would you recommend one track pure clay and pretty tacky where worn out clay compond works best, the other is clay mix with medium traction we currently run super soft slicks. I am leaning toward the dirt, thanks for input you can provide
