yeah here part of the carpet is over some really uneven surface that can get bumpy. I found I was getting kicked around more than I liked the feel of the 3 hole pistons instead.

Check out a D413 setup sheet and all will be clear

Yes the setup sheet is a good resource to use for antisquat and kickup tuning. Also you will notice that the degrees repeat themselves. This is because the difference combinations can also provide you with different roll centers.

http://site.petitrc.com/setup/hotbod...413_Charts.pdf is a great break down of the different pills, springs, sway bars and even FDRs

Will these work as a replacement pin for the wheel hexes? Size looks good to me.

I'm running a 72 spur and 32 pinion and my 13.5 runs great.

Looking at the setup sheets, I noticed that some have different antisquat settings for the exact same block configurations? Anyone else notice this?

Yeah I have noticed this too. It seems to have changed sometime after they updated the setup sheet format.

It appears that the antisquat settings got adjusted by about +1.5° and also displayed new options, that were not shown before.

Also Rear Toe-In changed as well. Those settings are something I struggled to understand for a while but now have a better understanding. When spacing your anti-squat pills out from the diff case the relationship between the F/R and the R/R determine the amount of rear toe in. And your wheel base.

For instance if you run 1mm spacer in the F/R and 2mm spacer in the R/R, there is a 1 mm difference in your spacing. This gives you the .5mm / 1.5mm, thus 2.0° Rear Toe In.

yeah it was something odd. The spacers make sense though and I don't mind the setup at all. If they can get diff access setup better the vehicle is quite nice.

One thing I did find of interest when pricing the MIP puck setup for the D413 was it was mentioned that certain spacing combos don't work with the pucks. And its combos I am seeing being ran on some of the latest setup sheets. Anyone else see this?

It does make sense though as their puck systems may pop out of the the out drives at full droop. The spacers lengthen the hub/arm further from the diff and in doing so the puck gets closer to the edge of the out drive.

What I mean is that if its not a problem with the stock drives, did they not make the pucks similar in length to the stock drives is what I am getting at.

Well I could reduce the anti squat to 1 degree to reduce the pitching when I'm on brake but im realizing, from running indoor when I went with stiffer springs up Front and Rear i reduced it a lot .

I'm going to try the red spring up Front outdoor first or the B5M spring .

I just picked one up. What's some important things to build into this kit? What's a good set up for med bite clay with small to medium jumps? I'll start researching but appreciate any advice here.

Tia.
