I would think the front swaybar would calm it down a little.

Ran my D413 (reedy setup) for the first time last night. What a blast. I only ran two heats, no practice at all, never even drove a 1/10 4wd buggy and let me say this thing is glued to the track. I'm not yet able to drive the car to it potential yet. Im so used to 17.5 sc and buggy. Running a 7.5t motor provide plenty of snap, car jump perfectly -

Can't wait to get back out there -

Does anyone know if the Avid floating servo mount works with the stock chassis?

I've had my D413 since July. Everything has been dead reliable so far. I just like aluminum shock caps.

So i have a couple hundred laps on my d413 with the Avis chassis and RC shox rack and 2 stage pistons. The Avid chassis definitely keeps the weight lower. A plus was also my temps dropped. After first I thought it was my imagination, but I could feel the heat in the chassis after it moved gown the motor mount to the chassis. I am running on high bite and it was fantastic. The RCShox pistons are so freaking plush to drive on. They beat those kit pistons hands down. I was running 37.5/30 oils with them. The steering rack has held up like a champ. Also, I still feel like the RCShox rack tighten up the car. We have retarded traction and I could feel it.

Ran my D413 for the first time today and it was a blast! Held up great and was quite impressed. Only issue was not enough lock tight on the hinge pin mounts into the diff case. During 2 qualifiers they loosened and the car still felt great.

Is anyone running a tekin rs pro gen 1 in their buggy? I'm just curious if anyone has had good luck with them? I did a search and saw someone say that you needed two capacitors

Forgot to mention, I'll be running a tekin 6.5 gen 2

Not exactly the same, but I run the ESC and same motor in my 22-4. It was my back up gear. It has been running fine with one capacitor. Nothing really got any hotter. I just don't like the esc as much as the R10s that I run in my other cars. The throttle response just isn't as smooth.

hey guys i know a few of you have been wondering if anyone has set the car up as saddle pack config. well here it is. i have driven both cars back to back with a similar setup, and can say that the saddle pack setup is a little more stable than the shorty setup but however it is not as agile as you can imagine being a little heavier. i did have to grind the steering rack slightly to clear the sensor port on the motor but i dont think it will compromise the strength of the rack.

i apologize for the not getting a better shot of the rack. i will get one when i go to the track next.

Kyosho but I wouldn't waste money on them. I run AE springs or HB stuff and very happy with either option and saved a lot of money.
