Put the the bladder on while the shaft is up and when you lay the bladder on "roll" it to one side so that the extra oil comes out. If you just lay the bladder on top and give the oil no where to go you will have rebound. Try that and see how it goes!
After you have that part figured out, install the cap with the bleed screw completely out, tighten the cap all the way down, leave the shaft up and to be honest i would just leave the bleed screw out, but if you want to use the bleed screw, screw it in while the shaft is up. you should get as close to zero rebound as you can with this technique.

ok, I know this question comes up a lot. And yeah it is kinda noobish and very subjective.
We run 8 minute mains in 4wd and 6 minute quals. I am currently using 5mm bullets on all of my batteries. The d413 seems to be really punishing my packs. They come off the track in the main at 30%. They also get a little warm, not much, but you can feel it in your hands. My main issues are increased IR in one cell and puffing. I am using the 90c 4800 mah packs with a 6.5. Does anyone make a pack cell that holds up better and does not puff? In my experience al of these higher mah packs in the same sized cases are puffing. I am told this had to do with the tight confines of the cells in the shorty pack. The orion 100c 4500 seems like it might be a well made pack, but they are 4mm. I know the turnigy ultimates are 5mm, but I have had issues with cell failing entirely in those. Maybe I just expect my packs to last too long. thoughts?

As for the battery thing Wildcat said, so far I haven't noticed with mine, but curious now. We run 5min Quals and 7min Mains, so you figure about 3mins for warm-up laps and 7mins, your running for atleast 10mins now. I might have to check mine this weekend at trophy race, since running on a bigger indoor track, pretty much a 1/8 indoor track.

I tried some small capcity shorties. TP, reedy and a few others. But, if i tried to do practice laps, I would dump in the main. The TP 3800 would dump in a 5 minute race if I did practice laps. The magic number seems to be 4500+ mah. I just want a higher quality cell, that will hold up to a 6.5 in a wheeler better. I try to get my packs to last a year
