the 130 grams weight difference is very noticeable.
Thanks, got to watch the first one in our area run on a low traction track. Car looked great but the other buggies with saddles seem a tad more planted. Granted first time out and little to none tuning time vs the others but great potentional. I have 6 saddle packs and no shorties is why I ask.

Also the local indoor track is going to go carpet off road in their new building. Any setups for carpet as far as diff fluids. I know Ty's personal practice track is carpet. I assume you would go 500k in the center?

I understood your question. I went for this buggy cause I had no saddles, I already had shorties.

Im still going up in the centerdiff weight. started with 5k then 7k now 10k and my buddy is running 15k now with good results. all on the same track which is low traction / rutted and dusty.

on carpet I would start with 300k and work my way up from there.
guys running on high bite astro are running 300k. Im assuming that traction levels of high bite astro should be the same as carpet

I'm running 30k in the center with good results. It's thick enough that when you do a slap wheelie it wont diff out. But our track is med bite and sometimes will start to blue groove so when they water it goes a little snotty right after, poor 2wd car have it bad then.

We ran a pro2 in a Sworks yesterday and it has bottom end like no other....lol It didn't seem to be hurting on top end either. I guessed at gearing so there's room for improvement there. Once we get a safe feeling for it there will be back to back tests with a 6.5 Gen2.

Another TQ and win today with the D413! This car is off the hook amazing! Got to run with another D413 too. We were battling all day, each taking one of the double A-Mains and each with a 2nd. I just edged him out with 19/5:02 to his 19/5:03 in my win. We were both letting it all hang out without fear of breaking while several AE and Yoko wheelers broke out.

Just curious, what is happening? Does it not reach no matter how much you twist the motor? I had no issue using a 21T.

I feel dumb even asking since the backorder date is June 30, but does anyone know where I can get one, even used? Desperate to get one here.

Keep an eye out for AVID RC, they do all kinds of trick parts AND have an awesome sponsored HB driver on staff!
I keep waiting! Hopefully they do the aluminum rear mount like Ty uses on his car and other carbon fiber goodies!
