So after making sure my shock ends were screwed all the way in, I noticed the right front a arm falls lower than the left front a arm by about 2mm. I removed the shocks, all of the links and made sure the droop screws were backed all the way off. Still, the right arm falls further than the left. I confirmed the kick up pills were the same on both sides. Any ideas what would cause this?

front suspension issues
Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with the front suspension where it is compressing but not coming back to start position.
Have pinched the rod ends which has helped but does not last.
any suggestions is appreciated.

Also just set droop to Losi drivers specifics and they won't fall uneven.

I just set droop with tires on, measuring from the bottom of the tire and don't worry about it no more, done.

Yep, been running the Xerun 150a in the 8ight-e 3.0 since Dec. It's a tight fit but will work. I even have a Castle BEC shoe-goo'ed to the side between the esc and the steering post. The ESC is oriented so the sensor plug faces the chassis brace. I use 3 layers of 3M 20lb double sided tape to raise the ESC just above the milled out section of the chassis. Otherwise the ESC footprint is bigger than the milled out section.

I'm personally not a fan of relying on 2 sided tape or shoe goo and also don't like the fact it's "solid" on the chassis so for my e buggy and SCTE I make a small 150mmx40mm CF plate, drill and counter the chassis and mount on O-rings. Capped off with Velcro and zip ties to ensure the esc has some wiggle and Can't come dislodged.

I had this issue with my entire car. First two race days were on a real dusty track that bound everything up. It literally took about 4-5 complete race days before things started to loosen up. I'm not sure if mine was really tight or if this is normal.

Well done ! But will you keep your original body ? Because, if you make this mod, the body will not fit, you will have to cut a big part of the body...
I'm just beginning the assembly of my 8ight-e 3.0, I'm coming from Asso, and I have to talk about little problems like in Asso kits...
I just maid the mod yesterday :
I will keep the tlr240004 body, will show you the mod of the body later.
I choose a 1.5mm CF plate, then with nylon nuts, not screwed in the CF plate...
About the assembly :
- The front arms : I have read many comments on how to drill the arms with 4,2mm drill, but it appears that it's not a hole diameter problem.
There is a problem with the mold of those arms, the "two parts" of the arms in which you put the pin (the 2 holes) , are not in the same axle.
The pin is free in each hole, but it can not fit the 2 holes easily because they are not in the same axle.
So, it's not a good idea to drill the arms with a 4,2mm drill, even if you have a drill column type, without a special homemade "tool" (guidance), you will not drill in the right axle. I really don't know an other solution, and I will not produce a special part to help me drilling these arms.
- I have to talk about the B plate. In my kit, this plate doesn't fit the chassis plate, I will have to play with the dremel on it.
- And finally (because I have not made the complete assembly), about the esc : we can see there are some people like you Integra, and me, who want some Velcro, or other things, but I don't understand why Losi made this stupid thing on the TLR240004 body, at the esc place ? With a mod like this, the body doesn't fit .I'm sure there are many people with the body hiting the top of their esc.
I have to recognize that the Losi kit seems to be better in quality, plastics... but some parts are not so well machined or molded, and some things like the body/esc area are not well designed, it's just made for double sided tape.
