TLR TEN-SCTE 2.0 Kit Thread

So what servo is everyone going to be putting in there 2.0? I'm can't decide between the Savox 1256 or the 1258. I'm leaning towards the 1258. I don't think I need the fast speed but it will be there if I want it.
Also, I know this was talked about around here somewhere, but how about an external BEC or just a novak glich buster. I'm using the speckrem 3100 DSM2. I like the CC programmable BEC but I don't have the castle link and I'm not buying it just for that. So whats everyone using.....Ryan, can you help?

I'll definately be keeping the Reciever up from to keep the wiring neat as everything else is mounted up front.

Hmm strange layout. Im not a fan of just using double sided tape, for some reason it always ends up popping off. Shame there is no way to use one of the RC squid mounts or Castles Mamba Monster mount to screw it into the chassis without drilling into it....
I also kinda wish the battery was upfront and the ESC was in the back near the motor. Why do they want such long power wires?
Also, where are you sticking the RX?

I agree with dbl sided tape it never seems to stick... I use shoo goo it is very reliable.
The motor and esc change is to add rear weight and handle better at the expense of longer motor wires

I prefer shoo goo for sticking down heavy ESC's in this truck. Double sided tape has always failed me - especially on big 1/8 scale tracks where the truck is landing hard. Not a question of if - its a question of when. Shoe Goo won't let go until you want it to.

they have a bunch of different 1's, industrial strength, weatherproof, different automotive 1's etc.
