[QUOTE=Autocratic;12618698]Clean out your motor, flush the bearings and lube. Your rotor is probably getting weaker too which is why you're seeing higher temps.

Avid Topshaft (lighter than the MIP)
Avid Triad Slipper
MIP 17.5 Lite Kit (aluminum driveshafts and outdrives)

anyway to fix the rotor??

Order a new one or see if Reedy has a rotor zapping service. In the mean time I would go down on the pinion.

Well ok...not sure what I was missing yesterday when measuring but today with the car sitting ready to run it weighs 1505g. So I guess no added weight other than the FT Ballast and 1/4oz weights in the rear triangles.

Gave a good effort, I am just not a B4.2 style of drive, so my car is up for grabs.

head on over to my forsale thread, it is OBO pricing, and priced fair.

MUCH higher and more consistent than the outdoor track. Surface is also much smoother and the jumps are more consistent across the face as well (made of wood).
You may want to add some weight to the front of the battery tray. Try adding a 1/4oz. to a 1/2oz of weight. to the front.

I gotta say, the new ae low friction ball cups are the best cups I have ever put on a car! Stiffer material, super slick on the studs and pops on solidly!
