Are you using synthetic ESC oil? I noticed a significant performance improvement when I switched away from the dino brands. I'm also using a light coating of bearing oil around the inboard lipo plugs, they slide in much smoother which seems to improve corner entrance grip.

Synthetic all the way. Be careful of spillage onto the lipo. The mixing of the two causes fumes similar to tear gas.

Between a B4.1 WC and the FT B4.2?

Hexes, Alloy Bellcranks, VTS Slipper, Big Bores.

For instance I have a B4.1 WC and added the Avid bellcranks and Triad slipper, AE Big Bores and PL hexes and I now call mine a B4.2.

You can use Pledge, or Amour All on plastic and metal parts to keep dirt from building up on them, it makes cleaning much easier.
