I'm not 100% but I think the 25 Degree block is actually 0 degree change as the front kickup is 25 degrees. and 20 degree block is -5 and the 30degree block is +5

yes running on high bite you will always notice a minor change more so than on loose outdoor conditions. i will test but most likely won't be able to feel anything, so its no big deal, just as easy to run as is. It still would be nice to know which is correct simply just for knowing, one of them has to be right....

Yes, you can set the Tekin RS speed controls to blinky without the Hotwire however there is another setting called "locked spec mode" that can only be added or removed via a Hotwire.

Thanks for the response; makes sense based on what we used to do with our T3s indoor on carpet.

Does anyone ever go so far as to run the 20 degree caster blocks outdoors?

Thanks,
JB

What is the weight of the front shock tower, not the carbon one, just the regular one?

I like the all white also, my next body will be all white, and I just installed the Jconcepts Fin Turnbuckles and White RPM ballcups, all I need is a set of white dish wheels with tires. I am hoping the all white will make it easier for mr to track the buggy, I have lost movement in my neck, and my eyes arent what. They use to be.

i know it's an internet source, however the hudy off-road and on-road manuals contradict each other as well with regard to the effects of off-power steering...which is right? Does anybody have Chad Knaus phone number...haha

one thing that is always consistent is the effects of straight line stability
Yeah, its funny how that can be sometimes.

For those curious, here is what the Hudy offroad guide says:

EFFECTS OF CASTER ADJUSTMENT

Less caster angle (more vertical)
• Decreases straight-line stability
• Increases off-power steering at corner entry
• Increases suspension efficiency

More caster angle (more inclined)
• Increases straight-line stability
• Decreases off-power steering at corner entry
• Makes the car more stable through bumpy track conditions
based on what I have seen actually running on loose outdoor conditions, pretty much performs as the hudy guide says above.

when I ran indoor foam touring car as an onroad comparison, it was quite common for us to go with more caster to calm the vehicles down so they didn't hook at corner entry.

But, as it is, its a change that can be easily tested.

Traction is coming up at Trcr , a few have gone with stiffer springs(grey) to take advantage of the grip for more corner speed.

Not me...

Instead ditching the C hub for the A.

Just gave it a try , very nice...
Corner speed is up and car feels great

A hub rolls more , free's up the back end compared to the C
