Already got one ...;)

Ho hum. I don't care that AE calls it a new buggy when I've been running something similar for months just with Kyosho big bores instead. This is just like they did with their so called "Factory Team" SC10 4x4. Came out with their updated version of a truck many had already hopped up to 6 months before. Now I like my AE cars and won't be jumping ship but I have to say that TLR knows a "new version" when they moved from the XXX series and came out with the 22, 22T and 22SCT. New chassis. Now that can be called a "new" car. The B4.2 well...already had mine. Nothing new to see.

Actually I don't "own" any 1/10 stuff besides AE, so I never really left..:ha:

I think that is why they only called it the .2 and when they go to full new version it will be the 5.

I dont get how ae does it. There is absolutely NOTHING new on this car to call it a .2 and a "new" kit. There just giving you all the stuff your probably already running in a kit. Im running a worlds kit with everything thats included in this "new" kit already! If my current setup didnt have a million miles on it an wasnt gettin looser by the day, I wouldnt even bother buyin this kit.

Reading your first quote in your signature made me laugh!

Sorry off topic but thought I'd let you know

WOW, about time. but honestly with all the upgrades, they should of just waited til they redesigned the whole buggy to release something new. it seems like they created this buggy for all the cry babies that were whining about the towers and wanting the "hex adapters". could of been cheaper to release just the towers. don't you think?

NitroLuver 01-11-2013 03:14 AM

well I guess I'll wait and get this kit..and I'll just have an extra set of shocks left over for it...schweet!

Can't remember where I read it or if its true but I was told it costs associated something like $25 roughly to make each kit. With how many people will still be buying the B4.2 even if it is only a few upgrades you can buy seperately, I'm sure they won't be complaining with the profits if that is indeed true ;)
