Where have you been Teeforb?

Haha!
I've been around. Racing both electric and nitro.

Hey Teeforb, hope to see you racing again soon.

Honestly, Its tough to find a weak spot on this truck. Ive put several hundred packs on it and other than wearing out a front bumper and damaging a few bodies (thanks riceman for the new paint) the only part I have broke is an aluminum turnbuckle from a different manufacturer. I was trying it for testing purposes, but for obvious reasons decided to take them off.

As far as upgrades, i would recommend an aluminum servo horn. serpent and racers edge both make clamping horns that work well.

Shortly we will have several upgraded/lightened parts available but i would recommend replacing some of the screws in low stress locations with aluminum as well as putting in aluminum captured balls. The air control guards are a nice touch as they help truck by keeping unwanted air from coming under the body and causing a parachute affect when jumping.

Hope this help and feel free to stop by and hi at the track.

Tekno team. What are the weak points of the car? What would be the first thing that needs an upgrade?

Thx

We are able to get the weight of the truck to about 5.7lbs but we've found that 6.3lbs is best for performance and should be easy to obtain. You'll find the truck drives extremely well out of the box and doesn't need much weight removed, if any.

Is the weight still 6.8 out of the box?

Is 6.3 out of the box with say a 6000mah pack?

Medium traction. Requires super soft. So longs you run super soft with some Sause, you are glued to the track.
