For someone that wants to mount their ESC with screws running up through whatever the ESC is sitting on.
I don't know anyone that mounts their ESC that way. Shoegoo or pick your flavor of servo tape is the most common way to keep the ESC where you want it.
The ESC comes with the screws.

Edit:
Could also be used for unicorn blood filing as well, you don't want to run dry on that one

Good question though could be mounting holes I guess
I thought that Unicorn blood was banned by ROAR?

No that's tears of a baby bunny that were banned! Unicorn blood is ROAR legal. It's also proven to shave 1.5s off your lap times!

It's ROAR legal only if filling the ESC with unicorn blood doesn't cause the ESC to swell and exceed the stock width.

Using Pegasus blood is completely legal.

Well now that leads me to another question about those 3 silver screws that come with the ESC. I tried to thread them into those holes and they all stripped just like that??? So I don't know why they would have those 3 silver screws for then? The reason I'm doing this is because I had a problem with my ESC falling off and the other guys were screwing there's down at my track.Lol, where does unicorn blood have to do with mounting holes, haha!

I've never bothered with the screws but surprised they are not a good fit. Maybe Tekin never thought anyone would ever try using them

To spend the big $$, but said to be the best, Kyosho zeal tape.
Or the clear 3m tape.
I use shoegoo, it will not come off till you want it to and it leaves no residue. I've ran my RX8 in multiple chassis for well over a year with shoegoo and have not had an issue.

Did you do like I suggested and clean it all off and go for another run?
Haha I know you said that a long time ago but to just to let you know I over filled a little bit and it is fine now. I did like you suggested and it worked!

1.3 x 8's on the bench, the Kyosho's seem to have a bunch less pack and slightly faster rebound...just something I found curious...
I have some tekno 8x1.4 that I have not ran yet. Now I have kyosho 8x1.2 in my sct410 and xray 8x1.2 in my eb48.2. The kyosho's do feel like they have less pack then the xray pistions and the AE pistons that a buddy is using in his sct410. I am going to try the xray pistons in my sct410 soon.

I made the mistake of completely covering the bottom of an RX8 with the 3M Outdoor (heavy duty) double sided tape! I thought I was going to break the esc tray on a MBX6E trying to get the RX8 off. I ended up using a hair dryer and warming up the tape enough so it would come off. I got it loose, but it made a mess with all that warm glue from the tape.
Now, I just cut about 1/4" to 3/8" wide strips and go along the outside edges of the esc. I've never had one fall off!
Just make sure you're cleaning the bottom of the esc, and whatever you're sticking the esc to, very well. I use either rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol to clean the bottom of the esc and esc tray.

Try going shorter on the rear camber link. Move the tower side out first.

I like the 3M tape with the red backing and dark grey tap/foam. They make an extreme and an outdoor version now, not sure which is the kind i'm currently using. I just ordered some of the extreme to see how it goes. Outdoor may have been the better choice assuming it's meant to stand up to water, dirt, etc.

Trick is to wipe down both surfaces with rubbing alcohol prior to mounting.

Yep , 3m outdoor tape is awesome ! Just double it up and its as good as the Parma clear or the Kyosho zeal tape .....
