Default servo horn

I would like to know why xray/hudy can make a plastic servo horn that dont rub the body but they cant copy it in metal

They do make an aluminum servo horn that doesn’t rub on the body.

We use the Xray graphite one and servo tape.

Works perfectly.

What are most people running for springs, progressive or linear? I see that the 2018 has linear now and the 2017 had progressive.
I just picked up at 2017 and will be running on turf

Stock linear 3 dot front and 2 dot rear is what we use 95% of the time on clay, dirt, astro and carpet.

The shorter springs that was included in the ‘17 kit we never use.

They did not come out as intended and is no longer included in the new ‘18 kits.

BentKa..... what's your thoughts on the Ring & Pinion issues that some have been posting up. I run Mod class with 6.5 and trying to decide if I should buy....

at the reedy race this past weekend.. the team all ran the composite ring and pinion.. they did take them out to check wear.. but.. they used only one set all weekend..
