Sorry for my poor/bad english.

I have just build my XB4 2015, and have trouble that the rear right driveshaft ist hitting the outdrive when the suspension is fylly compressed.
i built it after this setup
http://www.petitrc.com/setup/xray/se...petSetupV2.pdf

I have 3,5mm uptravel limiter on the shock as well.
The rear right outdrive seems to be longer out of the diff bulkhead than the left one (see picture). it looks the same in the front of my car, but the driveshaft in front is no problem.

I'd say the Kyosho and B44 are easier to maintain than the HB or 22-4 but dif access still isn't easy especially on the b44. The xray was well thought out in terms of maintenance and repairs when it needs them, the car can take an amazing amount of abuse. It gets my vote for easiest.
very good info thanks

The Xray is hands down the easiest rc to work on I have ever owned. I wish my Tekno diffs came out this easy.

+1^^^ DefinAtely hardest thing about working on the xb4 is routing the wires which really isn't a big deal. There really aren't any parts that wear out premature from my experience . The only things I'd grab are arms and maybe a front bulkhead but it depends on the driva . I was amazed at the wear and tear after a full year of driving the xb4 . Everything felt right still. I had a little slop in my rear outdrives but that's because I run real light oil 2k back there.

The 355030 from what I can tell is for the XB8, not the XB4.

According to the manual, 335030 is what you want. 335080 is the pin in metal also.

Ive had my 15 for 2 months and still haven't run it yet!
my packs are only 3800mah Thunder power.
I am running shorty, v3.1 and a D4 6.5 and am putting about 1300 mah back in after a 5 min race with a little warm up.

I'm not, just helping him out. So far I haven't had any problems with the composite gears and hope I don't. I really like how they feel and the oils are always clean when I've gone in to change it. Looks like I just changed it every time.

I run the NT1 metal gears, p/n 335030, and the hardened pins as well, p/n 335081. I replaced my composites when one set chipped and the other were nearly two seasons old. No real reason other than that.
