Hmm I saw those but that would mean saddles wont fit without breaking out the screwdriver .

But screw the saddles I think I will go with a shorty first then a full pack. All I got is hobbyking saddles and some gens ace lil puffed.
Full packs a ip 6800 and a 70c protek shorty so preferred for racing anyways.

Actually got to "race" the RB6 for the first time this past Saturday (prior to that just a day of practice).

The car is amazing.

Large outdoor track (SRS: Cactus Classic track)

Before the weekend, I had decided to switch from 'standard' packs to 'shorty' packs. Honestly I did it so I could have cleaner wiring (I did not like my receiver sitting on the side). After driving the car with the 'shortys' it was great.

I still had a bit too much steering, so this weekend I am testing the 4d caster instead of 0d.

My setup was a mix of the 'Japan All Around' and 'Kohta Akimoto'
differences: 0d caster, .5 rear hubs. (setup attached)

Wiring Before:

Wiring After:

The ESC and Antenna wires are ran through the channel.

Now I have the carbon straps coming in also.

That 12.5 refers to the diameter of the rotor, in this case 12.5mm. It has nothing to do with the turns (rating) which, also in this case, would be 17.5 turns.

Yeah I think I am going to go that route, just so I have 2 sets with different inserts in them for different tracks.

Default midship

I will be testing and tuning with MM motor this weekend at the club race . with the run up to the big double i am putting in a 17.5 from the 13.5 should be able to carry more corner speed without a lot of wheel spin on the tight track . i have a good starting point should be fun at any rate .

Myself and a few friends are planning on running mid motor for one race and I need a decent if not good MM setup. I have run midship before with a DEX210, and Schumacher Cougar SV2. What are you running as far as ball stud washers. Any additional weight out back? This is going to be done on very wet clay.

With how loose your track is, I think it would be a big mistake. but you wont know till you try!

It seems a tire with less tread (worn down) would grip better

In the front i am running the camber links as long as possible and 1mm under the ball stud on the bulkhead.
In the rear the camber links are as low as possible and as short as possible

Shock setup:
Pink springs in the front with stock pistons and 32.5wt associated shock oil
Gold springs in the rear with stock pistons and 25wt associated shock oil

I also run the wc rear a arms. And .5 degree hubs.

No weight, any where

Cool, I have all that stuff minus the 32.5AE oil. Will run Losi 30 in it's place. Thanks a lot.

x2

On a track like his, I'd give ghosted green barcodes a try, and avoid MM.

Thumbs up suspension???

Can someone explain how the wider suspension nholder change the cars performance versus the narrow holders and are you guys using the new arm or have you gone back to the older WC arm?
