What have your driving impressions been this far? Also what wheels and body are you running?

Where I would be running, the track is on smaller size and it gets rough driving.Would I be able to bang with the losi's and servive? This class is growing here.Looks like a blast to run.Always had tobe different from the rest. What esc and motor would be best for this class?

You'll get 100 answers from 100 people. Check out the business hobbies 120 amp thread and check out my 4 pole sc motor thoughts thread. They should get you started

A 4 pole 550 will be overkill in a truck this light. Check out the last few posts in that thread, it's a purple motor that stormer carries, I've heard good things about it and it's a good deal lighter than a 550

The truck handles much like my durango, much more agile than the Losi but not as twitchy as the SC10. when i tested it it was out of the box and it had some entry push. The 30/30/10 dif oil setup is way off Im going to drop down to 15/15/5 as it was a bit of a handful coming down the straight but i was also running a 4600 Pro4 which didnt help!!
The pistons that come in the kit are the same ones that come with the 2wd and 4wd buggies and are too small for the truck, so the rebound is really slow so right off the bat you need to drill them out bigger than what they are. I will have 4,5 and 6 hole 2 stages ready by the weekend to test.

Because of the weight of this truck 4 pole is not needed, i will probably go with a 2 pole 550 eventually.I used SC10+3 wheels but they are still about 4mm too narrow.

Overall i give the Kit and A+
and the performance a B, and thats because the 550CST small piston size ,soft spring combo flat out is not going to work out of the box but is easy to fix!

So the information that we need to gather is:
What wheels fit
What springs fit

Ran my new TS4-PR yesterday. Had a push in the first heat so started wiorking to get the front to bite more. I was running the front small spring and the BB hard spring in front. That combo doesn't let the front ride heighth get low enough. So for the main I just ran the hard front spring and the front had tons of traction but then the rear was lose. Need to find a happy med in there. Over all even with some set-up still to do I was a 1/2 second faster with the Team C truck then I was with my SC10 4x4.

Over all very pleased with the truck and I'm looking forward to next weekend to see if I can get it dailed in even better.

I think the 30k is too much for the front and center difs. did you drill the pistons out?

My set-up
Front hard BB spring with stock piston and #45 oil
Rear small helper spring and option BB spring with stock piston and #40 oil
Differentials 7000, 5000, 3000

Just wrote Roy and having him send me some pistons to drill and experiment with hole size and oil.
