Thank you, however I'm picking up the motor in about 10 minutes and will not have a torque rotor in time for qualifying tomorrow. What would you recommend for the stock rotor?

latest change that really helped:
moved my rear shocks all the way in on shock tower, and added 7g of weight over tranny. the truck was a lot more planted, and I could feel the decrease in wheelspin coming out of corners. I was able to drop from 23.1 lap times to 22.5 lap times @ OC/RC(though they weren't all 22.5's the truck did show a vast improvement)

Just picked up my 22SCT yesterday from the local LHS. After a 10 year hiatus I'm excited to try a new class.

Question: Does anyone make a battery hold down for this kit to get rid of the velcro straps?

TEP1082M. 3700kv 12.3 rotor

TEP1082. 3500kv 12.5 rotor
According to the trinity website the 1082M has the high torque 12.5 rotor installed. Not sure what the 1082 has stock.

I just ordered the 1082M after much deliberation between stock motors. Hoping to run this winter indoors at RCExcitement.

I have the 12.3 rotor. I ended up at 75/23 or 22 with 20 on the can.

1082 comes with red rpm rotor. Good for blinky buggy.

Hate to say it but that track sounds like it's screamin for a rear motor config with a near kit setup since that's what seems to be the best on dry dusty tracks.
All the intel has pointed to mid motor setups being best used on high bite surfaces.

Now having just said that,
I just read your post in the 22 buggy thread where you have the buggy mid motor and feeling like it's on rails so I'm guessing you're gonna be the guy that gets your truck dialed as a mid motor too so tell us how that works out for ya.
