3rd buggy for me, Losi was 1, I run an RC8B now, and this will be my mainstay for my home track.

I live in PA and work in Chicago, so the rc8 may be coming out to leisurehours raceway so I can race Wed.(CHI) Thur.(PA) and Sunday(PA) =)

This will be my main buggy.

Already preordered.
Will not be my first 1/8 buggy.
Will be taking my rc8's place as an offroad buggy, but the rc8 is being converted to a late model for dirt oval.

Maybe you could post the length between the motor mount and servo mount if you have a cad drawing handy (or measure the real thing).

Tekin Truggy motor 76mm + Castle mamba Monster 1.9" (48.26mm) = 124.26mm.

Might be cutting it close, guru, but depending on the way you sit it in there, it might be fine. I'm sure there's some kind of clearance, but you may be encroaching in to that.

Wow angry much, rather than statements like "should fit" and "make it work " simple dimensions would be best.

Not many places are gonna give you a CAD drawing of their designs. Also, I did some math for on the post above your last one.

Understood but looking at it and posting a number is not out of the question though. Looking at the mmm mounted it really looks like the hobbywing will not fit. The sensor wire comes out the back so the ESC would need to be mounted longs ways (58mm) in order to keep it away from the drive-shaft, or mount it as in the picture (but back toward outside) and cut a hole in the mudguard.

First 8th buggy. Planned to get into it next year, but the EB48 made me decide now was the time.

We run the MMP with a sensor wire toward the driveshaft. Just route it up and away, never had a problem with it. You have about 10+ mm to play with between the ESC and the motor though. I'd say 99% that there is a way to route it to work without any issues.

When running the MMP, how different did it feel compared to an 8th specific ESC? When I bumped up to my RX8, I felt an immediate increase in power delivery. My MMP was over a year old at the time, not sure if that would have played a role as well. With the slimmer design, I imagine the EB48 to be lighter than most 8th buggies out there. I know my RC8 seems to feel like a tank, but I love it. Even when riding BMX I rode around on a tank.

I'm gonna search the thread, but if you could post the weight again, that would be great. I say again because I feel like I saw it somewhere in here.
