Tekno RC EB48 Thread

Oh yeah, if anyone is on the fence, it's better to get your order in now. We are only going to have a handful left before the first batch is gone. The 2nd batch has already been ordered, but they will take 6-8 weeks from now at the earliest.
The rest of the spares and options will be here shortly after launch.

this must be the only 71-page thread ever about a car that has yet to hit shelves... I don't think the losi 22 ever could do that... congrats guys, lots of buzz. High expectations too, it'd better deliver on the track and in the workshop

Seeing it on the track firsthand sold me on it. Immediately. My only delay is, well, I always consider big purchases many times over. Which usually means I should just make the plunge, because that's generally what happens. Part of my delay on this is having to send in a couple esc's and debating whether or not I want to sell my RC8, or have two buggies. I'm also about to start a new job, so i don't want to get a nice rig and have it sit there. Gotta see what my schedule and workload will be like.

Hello,
I have a EB48 on pre-order. I would like to know if there will be enough room for a Hobbywing 150A ESC, I will be using a Tekin T8 1900kv motor. It looks like it is going to be really tight and may not fit with the sensor wire attached. Dimensions are 58mmx46.5mmx35 . About the same as a momba monster but the sensor wire comes out the back.

It will be an add on for me. I'm trying to decide whether I should sell my Mugen, or my Serpent to make room for it. Leaning toward keeping the Serpent.
