I knew a guy once that made double shaft shocks that were adjustable with the lower spring perch, they were on road shocks. He sold them for $200.00 a set and they were awesome! Tom Remundo was his name and I think he was a machinist for Microsoft or something.

Curiosity, i am taking it that those pistons work well, what is the selling point, and why aluminum? Curious as if it really is that much better, i can make them so you guys dont have to wait, sweat or pay so much. I have a nice sized shop with a very wide range of capabilities. We do CNC machining and sheetmetal fabrication.

Let me tell you I have those in both my rigs and they are AWESOME!!!!!! Best pistons I have ever felt. Not rough at all, I thought they might be too. When you first put them in you feel they might stick just a tad here and there, but when the oils in it takes all that away. They are seriously seriously awesome. I'm running 30 fr and 25 rear and its like a pillow, very soft feel but won't bottom out (unless a huge flat landing) highly recommend trying them or making them. I honestly won't run any other pistons nor have a thought to try something different there that good....this is just my opinion but everyone else I know personally that has used them loves them as well. Including my friend curt, owner operator of the Ohio rc factory, home of the electric Midwest champs, he's been building tracks and racing for 25 years, he just recently put them in his kyosho 1/8 scale and said he loves it, told me he can throw his car down and it won't bottom out lol, he was a skeptic for a while until now

I noticed during a shock rebuild that my shaft guides were damaged. So I ordered part number TKR6008. The shaft guide that comes with this part number is different than the one that came with the kit. It sticks out for the bottom of the shock when I screw on the bottom on the shock (PN:TKR6015). Was this a running change or is the part just wrong? Thanks for your help.

Running change talked about a couple weeks ago.

I must have gotten lucky, I ordered a set of these and paid for them and now they have no more in stock. I have been looking here every few days and could not believe my eyes when the site said in stock. I figured I would share the site because of the good price on them, just keep watching for them to arrive.
