    I use the 2250's and a 19 pinion (per Randy Pike at Tekin). It's got a lot of power which is what I like. I'd say try the 2000 and see if you like it. What did you do to your chassis? I bent the rear of 2 of mine.

    Hi - Hope you're well. Wanted to get your advice on something. I own 2 tekin gen2 T8s - 2000kv and 2250 Kv. I run Thunderpower G6 65c's - 5300 and 6000 mah. I also have the mod1 20t pinion and the stock 60t spur gear. Which engine would you recommend ? and is the 20t pinion to much? I previously tried the 2250 with the 20t and was pulling wheelies - then I had a problem and had to wait for a new chassis. Now that I'm rebuilding I thought I would use the 2000kv. I have a lot of batteries - and I can't remember which pair I used the 1 time I ran the DEX408t - but shortly after, I noticed that one of the sets (both of them) puffed up (not sure if that was a freak incident or whether it was the two I used in the durango - I just don't know and I don't know if the Gear ratio caused that. Any words of wisdom on what I should be using? I'll be bashing and going to the track. Thanks ever so much for your thoughts.
