If it came out now i still wouldnt buy it due to how little info we got and that the small amount of info we did get was wrong. I've lost faith in there company.

So by your explanation due to little info you lost faith in kurt but every company out there has done the same thing

its pretty simple. with the internet people expect to be updated more frequently. it didn't happen here.
yes, everyone misses deadlines, but these guys let them come and go without providing any status. if you go silent then people will start to draw their own conclusions. they created they problem and have only themselves to blame. that may sound harsh but its true.
how much time would it have take to post a quick "guys, we are still working on the truck, but are having trouble sourcing a few parts". think about it.....
they could have supplied some info, maybe even release the kit manual to let people see what they would be getting. it could have been released as a draft and subject to change.
oh, and one more thing. i don't understand why pricing hasn't been released. it was supposed to be know weeks ago and still nothing.
i am not trying to bash, just stating my opinion. hopefully they learn from this experience and do things differently going forward. its all about your customers and how you service them in the end.

This truck was never meant for public consumtion. Period, if it was there would have been alot more effort on k2rcs part to promote and place their product. This was simply what they needed to do to get and keep their personel vehicles roar legal. And on a side note if anybody knows someone that can make custom a arms and cvds for a 8.2e let me know because im trying to get my own conversion out there for sale.

Im happy to wait and see how it turns out. Coming from the durango 4wd sct camp the timeframe from 'teasers' to 'first pics' to 'release info' to pre-order' to 'shipped out' was just as long, if not longer. Hell, my preorder was in early november, due by xmas, and i got the shipment in march. All this with very TINY amounts of information or updates.
I think since this is a forum people expect a faster response to questions or more frequent updates, especially when some information was expected a certain time. However some things are worth the wait. Personally, i dont see the value gained from throwing out the negativity about it, but, to each their own. Ill wait and see what turns out. Im hoping it does launch since so many places now are putting rules in place restricting 1/8 conversions and/or prototypes in 4wd sct and this would hopefully be a roller.

I can tell you ive been hunting and trying different driveshafts for a long time now, starting with a live axle mbx6 short course project and, unfortunately, its not that easy. They really need to be closer to 80-85mm to really narrow it up. And if they are switching to a 12mm hex style its probably going to be even harder.
