Has anyone had a problem with their shocks leaking at all?

I had with one of my rear shocks.
It was that plastic thing there was a little loose, but now it is great again:-).

As far as I know there wasn't any problems with the first cars and they are the same. I know people were having problems breaking wing mounts and servo horns right away but that's because they are both plastic. The E version comes with all the things they just updated on the nitro car. (Big bearings in the diffs and carriers) but you don't get the nice shock caps and the aluminum towers like the new nitro car but there not necessary just bling.

I got one of the first cars off the line, had 1 or 2 very hard crashes on the straight and it didn't damage anything what so ever after 2 months of running twice a week.

Pull the trigger and get it man. You wont be disappointed at all.

That's what I wanted to hear! I had the fit nitro car and lived with some of the bearing issues because the car handled so well. I recently bought the Team Edition and all the little tweaks they did really seemed to make the car perfect! Now I was looking at getting into the electric version but didn't want to pull the trigger on a first run if they had done some of the updates that they did on the nitro version over time. Sounds like the electric has most of the updates that matter right from the get go. Shock caps are easy and quite frankly I never had an issue with the carbon towers so I guess its off to the hobby shop for a new kit today! Thanks for the info.

It's 4 screws that keep the diff in. Then I had to remove the Radio/Servo/ESC tray with 3 screws. Hey with Nitro you need to remove the engine which is 4 screws and then the 4 screws that keep the diff in. So the "E" is one less screw haha.

I think the only way to remove the center diff is to remove the radio/servo/esc tray .... right?

Yup, just got done doing the same about an hour ago.. I did all three, thinking if I left the center for last it would be the easiest.. It was but yes the tray has to come out..

No shocks are solid on all my cars. Never had an issue to date. I've been runni a serpent for just over a year.

Never know, may have torn a seal when pushing the shaft through. You should leave the black plastic seal cap loose when you push the shaft through. Also it helps to sand the shaft threads a little so they aren't so sharp. I usually sand the threads also for the spring collars to smooth them out. Keeps them from cutting into the collar o rings.

Hi

Need some help for better stearing. Buggy is good on corners when I use a little break or trying to drifting but if I trying to run a little bit faster on turn I miss some stearing. What should I change in my setup? I try today Mugen and AE its look like are better on corners.

Steering bro. Try to get more weight transfer, more droop and thinner oils?

Netmaster's car is slick but I don't like the way these things are going; too much tenth scale resemblence.. they need to look like buggies allright :) cheers for the good job done though !!

No I have 35WT in front with 1.3mm 8 hole piston and 25WT in the rear of model. We have 20C degree. I do not thing thinner oil is good idea.
