Anyone know where I can get an AE hat that isn't that stupid flat bill crap? I hate those things. Funny that when I was a kit hats came with flat bills (full size bills) then everyone curved them to the max to look "cool" now kids buy the curved ones and try to flatten them out!

I think making a inner cover out of pantyhose and a light frame would be the way to go. I know full scale MX'ers do that to the plastic to keep mud from caking up and adding weight to it. I think you can spray it down with scotch guard and balance out water protection and airflow.
