2 options: dremel out the hole or go to a smaller spur gear.

I Agree, i have run 35 packs through mine so far all on the track, i've let about 10 people do laps in it as well.

No Problems so far. It has had a few good crashes also including hitting a pole head on.

Maybe slow down during the build and check every detail twice instead of rushing the build.

If you happen to interacte to people in the real world like you do online(3rd person), I would have done the same as well.

Guy in the trader forum is selling one for $370ish. You seem like the perfect person to buy it.

I have a gear question. Im using the 32p spur that came with the kit. i have a 13t 5mm shaft pinion and the 14t that came with my 550 novak. Neither one of them mesh to the spur. am i missing something? I ordered 2 new oned from tower that were associated 5mm pinions...is there a difference? cause im lost

I'm guessing those are mod 1 pitch. You need a 5mm bore 32p for the novak 550.

Definitely taking my time. Not saying it will be an issue but would have like to see it captured better. I do not rush my builds. If you look you will see that even if the pin in the hex is fully snapped in place it still only covers half if the pin. Not the best. Still not passing judgement though.
