Ok cool, I have a bunch of spacers and washers that I bought so I'll try it out.

So do you use them for both the front and rear ballstuds?

Yes. I tried a lower front than rear to try to numb the front end a bit, but it left the chassis really unbalanced and worse than it was. I suggest even amounts on each end. Keep it balanced.

Yes , the B-4 & T-4 bars fit as well...

note : will also need B-4 bottom shock rod ends for installation

I've heard this.....however the flat portion of the swaybars that came on my scrt10 are far too narrow. the links work perfectly however. I used b44 swaybars ...they fit ferfectly as well

Yes I can confirm that they are NOT.

No. They are too narrow. The end links however work great but need a little shimming in the arm to hold them steady.

Slipper spacer/washer

Does anyone have a measurement for the inner diameter required for the washer that you can add to the slipper plate? I'm at work right now and wanted to pick this up on my way home....

I know someone said that due to a chroming process, they may not all fit, even if they are supposedly the same size...but that can be simply solved by getting washers that are not chromed! Or is there a major advantage to having chromed washers?

So, they're going with the sand flinging gnome mod instead?

2 questions fella's

I'm running a 6.5 Tekin with a Tekin RS. What capacitors do i use?, and how many?

I am also running the 32 pitch 62t spur, any recommondations for pinion gear (5mm),Robinson does not make any, and AE is sold out

Thanks

Dude, in all honesty, you're just asking for trouble using that speedo in this truck. The Pro can survive, since it's got the 2nd FETboard, but the RS just won't be able to swing it.

I agree with what T-bird wrote about the RS. Get the RS Pro with a fan or just buy an RX8 that is cheaper and forget about any heat issue.

As for Robinson gears - Yes they make them... that's what I have for now:

See the part number: RRP8713 so if you want the 14 tooth, it would be part number RRP8714

What happens if you put it on the inner?

I didn't see an answer to this anywhere...

I would think that the main reason you wouldn't runn high torque pads on the inner is that it would put more stress on your belt.

I'm going to order a spare belt and try it with HT on both inner and outer....

I can't imagine that snapping the belt would do too much damage to anything else, and I'm sure you'd notice the driving characteristics change immediately, so you can pull off the track...

Pkt

Check around a little more , a local track or hobby store just may have a rear tower , lots of parts have been release ...

Best of luck ..

I understand your disappointment...truly I do...but....

You have waited 5 weeks already. When they get the part "next week" it will probably be Thursday or Friday anyway, so it wouldn't be shipping out from their warehouse until the following week.

Every company has to close for inventory at some point. Yes, timing is unfortunate here, and I totally agree that parts should have been available right from launch....especially since they have the parts or the means to make the parts in whatever factory the kits were assembled...but this inventory closure will only add a day or two more to the wait.

Trust me, they are not out to get you....they didn't plan their inventory count around receiving parts for the SC104x4....
