Coefficent of friction nonwithstanding, the vehicle dynamics are exactly the same no matter what surface you are on. Weight transfer is weight transfer, and it works the same no matter if you're on dirt or asphalt or carpet or 1:1 cars or 12th scale or anything else. You are certainly free to believe what you want, but I politely submit you are incorrect in dismissing my comparison out of hand.

FWIW I have the capacity to run a diff in the front of my sedan, and do because it's easier to drive than the spool. Even if it was faster to run the front locked up in my SC truck, I wouldn't because it would be really hard on driveline parts.

Well I ran mine today for the second time since new and with the addition of the swaybars and +3mm wheels it was night and day difference for me. And I did prep my track a little better this time before running as well.
But so far I'm stoked about the truck. I'm debating on ordering one of those center diffs but wanna drive a truck that has one before I pull the trigger on one.

A few weeks after owning the truck I noticed the stock front right A arm was warped. It was warped bad enough to cause me to bend a CVD. Chris at AE took care of those items for me under warranty.
I was concerned that I would have more issues with the stock arms as they were extremely flexible so I replaced them with RPM arms a month ago. I was going through the truck tonight and replacing the hinge pins with the FT Ti hinge pins. I just noticed that the left rear RPM arm is warped now too. Hinge pin is very hard to push in so it is obvious that the arm is due for the trash.
I store the truck on a stand with wheels off.
What is up with these arms that cause them to warp so easy?

A few people have started getting the v2 center diff and have had questions regarding the installation. I have done a little how to installation guide on the RCShox thread. Link below.

When I used a spool in on-road sedan it provided extra steering out of corners and tighter turn in entering turns....
big draw back is the drive train shock from big hits is very high & things break easier as a result....
