that is a sick ride!! keeping with the blue theme, you could dye some white wheels blue, also if you look at my Vorza you will notice blue cone washers everywhere (they are kinda hard to see). ill give you the part number for those from tower hobbies if youre interested. keep the pics coming man!!

I remember one time that a manufacturer is selling aluminum chrome wheels for an SC truck. Just can't find it anymore. Planning to get those when I display this ride. Also, thinking about changing the bumpers to RPM blue up front and maybe converting this to a midmotor ride. What do you think? Definetely interested with the blue cones and attach a pic here so I can see it bro.

Thanks bro. Dye is a good alternative to keeping it blue. Maybe I might do that when I bash this ride

I also figured out how to make it a midmotor ride which I like better.
I think you can do a lot with your vorza with parts from other cars. I have other projects that I consider frankenstein due to the fact that you can't recognize anything after I'm done. I usually fabricate and mod parts to make it fit with other parts to complete a project. I'm also in a middle of a 4x6 SC truck and my parts are from my spares from slash, strike, sc10 and other parts that's laying around my man cave

This is just a comparison photo with my onroad slash. You will notice that my aluminum slash wheel base is a tad longer from the onroad slash. I wanted it to be more stable on the long straights
Also a photo with my bug body to ensure that stock holes for a slash body still fits

Ok, once I'm done with the aluminum chassis that I'm fabricating for my 4x6 right now, I'll post the photo here and maybe the link to the other thread that I might create.
I'm just taking my time with the cutting coz I don't want to mess it up and do it over like with my other project

I started with the mock up last night and found that it is in fact possible. Even without modification with exception of 2 additional hole on the chassis, it worked. But, i noticed that the shocks weren't working it's full potential because of the angle. I am in the process now of designing a rear shock tower that will provide the same , if not better angle for the shocks.
This is how I did it. I reversed the gear box position while keeping everything attached to it on it's original position. But you should have a longer shock mounts to accomodate the distance from the shock tower. So instead of having an unstable mounts that might bend during big jumps, I am designing and fabricating an aluminum shock tower
Hope to download of some photos tonight
