Cool Traxxas Slash 4x4 worthwhile mods!!

I'm just getting back in this sport after 15 yrs. I bought a traxxas slash ultimate and I'm looking for some worthwhile mods that make a difference on the dirt short course track. thanks.

Proline caliber wheels and tires.
King heads center bearing carrier
with bigger bearing and order like 10 extra bearings and PACK THEN FULL OF GREASE the dirt will get in and finish them in a couple of races if u dont..
Pack them FULL pull the seals out and fillthem full of any kind of grease...
Then get MIP heavy duty cvd set as the stock ones will last for a while but WILL die front and rear but especially the rear.
remove the cover over the driveshaft it only keeps trapped dirt IN..
thats a good start
glue in the upper shock bolts the drivers side ones come loose constantly even when u glue em.

Here's a list of mods I'm doing w/my 4x4, all STRC parts: steering knuckles, FT,Rear shock towers, bellcrank, LW Center Main driveshaft, Alum.Motor mount and Motor plate, ft hub, C-hubs, Proline M3 tires, Tekno M6 ft,rear driveshafts. I might go with RPM Ft,Rear A-arms. Total about 240.

I forgot all about diff and shock oils. I'm running the Castle SCT 3800. Has anybody thought of using a 4600 Mamba w/2s Lipo or is it too crazy?

at the very least consider a new esc for now, you'll always be able to grow into it and swap the motor later.
