I have broken a rear losi 8ight shock tower in the lower area as you broke your graphite.. This type of break is typically due to screws backing out that hold the lower shock tower in place. Once they back out, snap in no time.
the fix... Always check your screws over good before use or between races. It's virtually impossible to break them in that area with out a retarded head on into a concrete wall or metal pole

ps the integy carbon towers are the beefiest of all on the market for the scte that i've seen.
Man...I apologize. I searched honest. Obviously don't know how to word it.... Can you fill me in on the drag issue fix?

Hey guys. Those of you who have the castle 1410. I got two backups and one is really not terribly notchy. At least not as notchy as the other two. That makes me think the magnet is not very strong in that one. Am I right to worry? Or are they all a bit different?

Did you really? Thats what I did. There are lots of different vendors on there so we could all go to that site and still be ordering from different vendors. Mine was a long time getting here, but the vendor was pretty responsive to my concerns and kept in almost daily contact with me trying to get it sorted. I would buy from them again.

Salad, did you see my question above? I know you've had your hands on a few of the 1410's and I wondered if they all feel the same amount of notchiness. I ordered two more and one of them really turns much easier and I was afraid that meant it had weak magnets on the rotor, but I may be totally wrong.

Ok good info, thanks bro. I have been ripped off twice ordering from HK so it wouldn't be anything new if it happened again lol. Glad others got their stuff from them.

And I would call Castle and see if that's normal, both the 1410 and 1415 I have are very notchy. I have yet to read about a 1410 being bad out of the box, but not to say it can't happen. Actually I have never read about anyone smoking a 1410, that's impressive.

The last motor I smoked was made by Twister (1988 or so). Oh the good old says of 2 minute runs with a 80,000rpm brushed motor.
