There is nothing nicer feeling than all brand new bearings in your truck. Just went the avid route and my drivetrain feels so smooth.

I mounted my transponder on the outside of the receiver box.

We mount our transponders on the center diff top plate.
hi! questions from a new owner of ten scte
1) do you know what's a good roll cage for the ten scte?
2) the stock ESC (MSC-MCPRO) can automatically cutoff LiPo's if the charge gets too low?

Does anyone have Mike Truhe's setup for the 2012 spektrum race at trackside? I'm curious to see it as this is my home track....Thanks in advance.

Is the MIP chassis the best or do you prefer others?
Depends on who you ask. I have the King Headz chassis, because I like the idea of the reoriented center differential. With the MIP, it's more whole tuning-package kind of deal. Momentarily, the Jammin chassis is only $69 at AMAinHobbies, and it includes a complete hardened steel screw kit.
I think whatever after-market chassis you choose, they're all pretty solid, and each has their own advantage - be it price, oriented differential, included tuning parts, modified battery position, being made from carbon fiber, or whatever. In the end, it's up to you to figure out what you think is most important to you.
There's the TLR chassis,
BCE chassis,
MIP tuning package,
SNR Graphite chassis,
XTreme Hybrid Carbon / Aluminium chassis,
The King Headz chassis,
Jammin chassis,
Bump chassis,
and I've prbably forgotten a few.
