Losi 1/10 TEN-SCTE ARR 4x4 Short Course Truck Thread
So - I don't want a new bumper, but the bumper hype and hysteria had me wondering.
I went and looked at the RPM and read the text. In it, RPM says, "In comparison to a stock rear bumper, we moved it rearward by a full ½” to help reduce the problem of rear impacts destroying bodies."
Moving it rearward is impossible if it's just the rear bumper w/o a modified mounting system. So I would have to think it includes a new mount system, vs. using the stock one which everyone seems to be reported.
Or am I missing something?

Double whammy! RPM boogered that.. if they added .5" they made a bumper that you cannot run anywhere but your back yard... (ie not roar legal) all they needed to do was make a replacement with slightly thicker bracing, matching the size and it would have been impossible to keep on the shelves.
Just so everyone knows...the ARR SCTE is now back in stock and all orders have been filled.

What is the part # for the buggy body I can use as an inner cover to keep my electronics clean?

Yeah but none of my LHS wanna deal with outerwears and with shipping it would be over $50 to order. So I thought I'd just get the buggy body that others have used, for way cheaper.

Like I said, with shipping way over $50.
My LHS can get a buggy body in and sell it for $25 I just need to know which one people use. I've read about it but don't wanna go through 2200 pages to find it.
