Regarding shock springs

TEN Front Spring Rates
3.6 Green
3.9 Blue
4.2 Black
4.5 Purple

Green would be soft or hard?
And on the rear red (2.7)?
Sorry, newb

"bump" meaning turn on for a couple seconds then turn off until it reaches the 150F range. And yes, I agree, run the fan for safety and better efficiency

I've been using Spektrum radios since they first came out and haven't had a single issue.

I've heard a few people complain about Spektrum and my dozens of friends I race with and myself can't help but wonder why ?
I only knew of one guy whom had a prob and it was a faulty RX.

Funny it's always the Futaba huggers that bash them ?

Well, for a few reasons...
First, the newer Spektrum surface stuff has always "felt" cheap to me. Even if you compare them to them to their older models or their air/sea radios you can tell a big difference in weight and fit/finish.
Also, Spektrum RXs (especially the base sr300s) are very weak and/or sensitive to interference. Example; I race at WCRC and over the course of the last 6 months of going there I have seen at least 4-5 Spektrum radios "glitching" near the loop and around the wifi router, or when many drivers are present. I myself had this problem when I bought a cheap dx3c for my 2wd.
And finally, for the same asking price or less of the pro you could get yourself a MT-4 or something similar and have a faster, better made radio with more features.
IMHO

Airtronics hugger, get it straight pal
and BTW, not bashing, just stating my first hand experiences with both brands.
Most people who comment on this type of thing havent even tried both products....

So i'm new to electric, been racing nitro for 3 years now. Can you guys help me on motor selection. I am looking at the pro4. At my local tracks the mains are usually 10-12 minutes. Would the 4000kv be a better choice for more run time?
Should be getting my scte in the mail Wed. , I may have more questions for you guys. Thanks in advance for the help.

Do the thicker front and thinner rear sway bars make a noticeable difference in handling or should I spend my money on the spring kit?

Me too... Never one single issue other than the batteries lasting far too long! Is that an issue though?

I can't see ever wanting to get rid of mine (DX3R, non "pro")... It is light and has great range... Oh yeah no glitches compared to my old M8, glitched constantly even with spektrum modules!

Don't do it! Keep the SCTE!

I used to run E-1/8th scale and liked it enough... Got this thing and now my 1/8th scale is for sale!
