I am running the Aaron Lane setup and it calls for full droop for the front and rear.

If you are running the stock shocks, I always run full droop but make sure the droop screw is stopping the A arm and not the shock piston. So I tighten the screw just a touch until I see it start to lift the arm. You want the droop screw stopping the arm, not the shock piston.

With 8ight shocks, I back the droop off some for indoor, but go full droop (close to half an inch more than stock) for rough outdoor.

If my o-ring lid is correct...meaning I took what I think I did out of bin. The o-rings for shock caps are 9/16x7/16x1/16. I'm pretty sure that's right, without opening up shock.

Whats the scoop on the bearings in this truck, did they go cheap on them, do they wear out quickly for some reason, or maybe I just got a bad set?

I have yet to check all my bearings but I pulled my diffs out and 3 of the 6 were starting to go bad after only 6 packs?

Anyone else think these are wearing a bit prematurely, is it more then just the diff bearings?

Starting to go bad as in cracked or they feel a little gritty? if it is gritty, this will happen with dusty tracks. May have to clean them out and re-oil them.

sweet, thanks man. do you think we can run a 2nd o-ring, at the base of the threads on the shock body, much like an AE FT V2 shock?

I picked up a 10 pack of bearings for $10. So far I've only had one bearing go bad on me with months of use, the front center diff bearing. After I made sure I blow the crap out of the truck after each run, it hasn't happened again. I still have 9 spares

I've had good luck with my stock bearing also, minus the front center diff. I bought replacements on eBay and have only used the one. I run mostly indoors so not much dust or dirt, but when I do run outside I make it count.

Can someone please confirm or point me in the right direction for this:
Are these the aluminum shock caps that now come pre-drilled with a bleeder screw to run emulsion or if not, which ones do?

From what I've heard this was a running change, so you may or may not receive the update caps with the bleeder hole. I have the caps without the bleeder hole and still haven't had a chance to install them.

I believe Ryan was offering to drill them for you if you sent them in?

yes but you could get the older one that doesn't have bleeder hole.
