i made my own pins instead of buying new d-lines every time. i used a revo sway bar and cut it a biy longer so its flush on both ends. i then took a file to make it smoother for the plastic cap to go on.

no issues at all and its held up fine even on 4s

There are so many different types of aluminum alloys (like 6061 & 7075) and different tempers (like T6 & T7) it does get confusing because the numbers cross over (like 6061-T6 & 7075-T6). I have tested several alloys on a couple different vehicles and the 7075-T6 performed and held up best overall. It didn't bend as easily and came off the track with the smoothest surface on the bottom. The 6061 handled well, but it bent easy and the bottom got chewed up and looking like the stucco on the side of my house. When you watch these heavy trucks in slow motion video, they bottom out and slide up the face of the jumps. When the bottom surface of your truck is rough, it's like hitting the brakes and the truck does not fly as far. I also hard anodize the chassis to keep the surface from getting chewed up and lasting longer.

I ran a big race this weekend and lost my front drive shafts twice in one day. the pin fell out so I bought a new one and put it in and in the main it came out again. Is there a diffrent brand or a fix for this issue

Good lord man...The old "Made in America" label has been gone for 10+ yrs.
Hell, Toyota and Nissan are more made in America than Ford and Chevy.

When the politicians start making decisions that truly help American businesses instead of decisions based on re-election the "old" days may come back.

To flame Ryan over something that has nothing to do with him is absurd...you and cwilkinson both are getting attitude at the wrong guy.

I will be buying all 3 aftermarket chassis. I dont see why people cry about where the item is from. Either your racist or just want something to cry about. Do us a favor and shut up.

Wanting to buy American made products is not racist, it's patriotic.

I support made in America. That's why I drive a Tundra , built here in San Antonio. Someone who can't even correctly spell the plural form of "country" is probably not worth arguing with.
