I gotta say the 22 is one tough car. Last weekend a buddy and i headed out to our local track for some practice. Dry track and 100 degrees out. 4 hours later, two sets of tires, and and a bunch of batteries later, my B4.1 worlds broke twice, and his 22 was golden. We drove hard, took some hard landings, cased a few pipes, took a few tumbles (it was a new layout for the both of us). 22 handled it all with ease. Good job Losi.

Anyone running the JR Mitch Super Cup/Lake Park setup? I'm looking for a good starting set up for descent sized outdoor track with low grip. I'll be running green DD's in the rear, with either green Rips or Groovy's up front.

Thoughts?

This may be a big ask, but could anyone who has a tekin rs esc in their 22s (rear config) please post a picture on how you have soldered it up?

I have soldered my tekin up but do not like it as I cannot see the program lights or buttons well at all.

Solder posts facing the rear. Run the wires through the tower, and it leave the ESC clear of obstruction.

With the new aluminum bleeder shock caps, i notice they come with an o-ring, this would eliminate having to cut the bladders correct? The o-ring is used to build a conventional emulsion shock? No more bladders cut or not correct?

YeAH, A little hard to see....unless you mount it to the tower itself

JRs and my car are very close but the track was very hooked up... so that setup may be a pretty good starting point but it will probably take a few tweaks.

Now that I got my new soldering iron I spun it around 180 do the posts were backing on to the tower. Much easier to quick tune now.

What capacity battery are people using for rear configuration?

Most of the people I've seen (including myself) just use a 5000 mAh Battery More weight and you could run for days!!

For low/med grip, this is a setup that I have found works really well. My car is leaps and bounds from where it was a year ago and I really enjoy driving it.

I dont race this car anymore but like to see whats going on in here from time to time. Have you compared the 2,b camber link to the 1,b camber link? I never did get to try the 30 degree kick up. I do remember liking my spindles all the way up when i tried it.
