Lrp is roar legal and i think mamba ( castle creations) isnt...you can check out orion and reedy also...lrp run hot, reedy blows up without warning and i dont know about orion...my lrp runs around 170* and never gives an inch...they say it can run around 200* but i dont see why...im going to try the new lrp x20 6.5t next...they all are good motors just whatever you like...just go to all there websites and read up..castle has good stuff but depends on what racing you do, club racing is ok but big races i dont think so

i like running a stiffer front and the rear softer i have do to much testing with the springs I'm looking for a little stiffer in the front than stock AE and not to much stiffer in the back but also stiffer than stock

I know the standard silver fronts are 4.85lbs according to the manual
losi green fronts are 3.5lbs and the blues are 3.8lbs So I am going to try a slightly heavier shock fluid first if no dice I will install blues, The rear of the car feells good but I will experiment until I find a good setup to my overall liking
Also I ran an LRP/Sonic Setup until last night(speedo decided it wanted to blow up)...about 2 months old. I think I am gonna go tekin/sonic and see how that works

I ran black fronts yellow or white rears before I ran kyosho yellow/red. Car handled/jumped/landed much better with the Kyoshos

I don't know, maybe because they already had the servo and wanted to make it work? If my 1258 didnt fit I probably wouldn't have shaved anything down either and just put a servo in that fit.

I drove my B44.1 for the first time this weekend and all I can say is Wow!! I was pretty happy with it overall, I just need a better selection of front tires and and play with shock oils then it should be money! I'm very happy this class is making a comeback in our area, this thing is a blast to drive.
Has anyone tried suburb front tires on indoor clay with good results? I ran scrubs and Panther bobcat fronts but I still wanted a little more steering.
