that's almost equivalent to a 6.5t. should work real well, just watch temps. The mamba motors run hotter than most.

What springs are you using? They don't look like the orange stockers?

I have been testing a stiffer spring. They may be available for the TT in the future. If I can lighten the truck up a little more (maybe switch to a 540 motor) I will probably go back to the orange.

the orange springs in the rear for ocrc is alittle stiff. mine nose dives all the time and threw the whoops i watch the rear get thrown all around. i'm not to sure if its the springs or the oil but im going to try the springs since thats what a fellow driver said to try first

Has anyone tried wheels from other brands?

Any other brand's offset wheels fit the TT?

RPM Revolvers for the Rustler rear fits all around and keeps the same offset. Also, HPI makes a bunch of different 2.2 monster truck rims that fit.

Thanks for the info. You've actually tried the RPM's and HPI wheels on the TT?

I haven't ordered the sleeve yet, been busy having fun running this truggy. I don't what happened but the pinion now covers more of the spur, there's only about 1-1.5mm of the spur showing. I guess the motor is broken-in now.

So far so good.

I'm pretty sure the HB pinion will do the trick though or just dremel off some of the back part of the pinion to shorten it.

Haha, settled in nicely... Glad it's working. Let me know if you have any issues with it in the future.
