RC10B4.1 FT/WC
I have the 4.1 Worlds Kit which came with the carbon a-arms. I snapped the front left A-arm last night at the track.
Should I replace it with another carbon a-arm? Or are the non-carbon parts actually more resilient to breaking???
(apparently RPM doesn't make arms for this little buggy...)

pfft. My eyes hurt every time I Stand on the drivers stand. I do not blink when I am racing , lol
I dont care for the front hex conversion. Considerable amount of additional weight and you lose the ability to shim the spindle. I'm taking mine off (Prolines) and going back to the standard front wheel.

I don't know if I agree with the weight thing. I will weigh parts both ways later when I get home and post back.
LOL! Why would you need to shim the spindle? The height that the spindle sits at with the hexes, is and was a predetermined optimum height during the design of the block. Hey, the team guys run them.
Asc 30wt
Losi Red Spring
3 shims
in tower/out arm
camber links out on bulkhead, in on c hub
1mm on inner ball stud
Rear
Asc 27.5wt
Losi silver spring
2 shims
in tower/in arm
camber links out on u brace in on type C rear hub
no shims on inner ball stud
Works great for medium/high grip with gold or blue barcodes indoor. hybrids and rips when its dusty. 17.5 blinky class
Keep in mind I like PLENTY of steering, YMMV.

things that you SHOULD get first but not really NEED
Hex conversions. If you are going to do it, do it from the beginning because you save money.
Proper tools
Tires.
25 and 30 wt shock oil. (27.5 and 32.5 too but the other two first).
don't get caught up in springs, pistons, batteries, any of that stuff now. Just get the stuff I listed and run the car until your eyes bleed and it hurts to touch the transmitter.
When that happens, go get some sleep, kiss your girl, and then go do it again.
