Some of you guys are making me nervous... I just got this kit assembled this weekend and will not be able to run it for awhile still. Hope I don't have buyers remorse once I hit the track this spring.

You'll find the kit set up shit, so once you change that, it will be sweet.

its a good car I'm just trying a few things .. i have both the factory E and converted the main thing when U get your 808e don't use the kit diff oil try 5/5/2

It is really fast, but it is edgy and unstable at times. I didn't mind it, but I liked how my nitro car felt more which is why I changed to something closer to that. For the diffs I have been running 5-7-2 instead of 20-10-10.

Cmjomaha - Don't worry about it. The car is awesome, I'm surprised at how many people don't like it compared to the converted version . I know at my track, a couple of people decided to get one after driving mine and absolutely love them. If you are running on a medium sized high bite track feel free to check out my set-ups on the XRAY forum.

does anyone have a recomended starting setup to the the MOST on power steering out of the 808? the track is a clay/dirt mix and is usualy smooth...

I have an RCM converted 808, losi 1700kv, 4s, 16/42 gearing

I will check all I ever ran r the Alum blocks but,the converted buggy I put back together I had to use the stock frt n rear blocks.. The main thing i had to do is run less rear squat "Factory 808E".. when the new bulk heads ,and blocks make it to the US "RC America" U should buy the New bulk head,pinion and Alum hardware .. link here>>>>

What are a few changes that you guys made that you noticed that worked the best on the car.
