There is nothing saying they will not be an option part, but keep in mind they use different hinge pin holders as well, it is not just a short arm. If you want, you can make your own short arms, that part is straight forward. The ones we tested are standard arms cut down at the outer hinge pin with new holes drilled.

Would you be willing to buy a $70-75 short rear arm setup as an option package?

Rear hubs are not available yet.

Bryan, I would take two sets!!

An overdrive front diff isn't that much cheaper. If it really helps the handeling on the smoother tracks I say why not.
I've heard of several people having a VE8 for smooth tracks and an 808 for rough tracks. One option part sounds good to me.

Sorry I stirred so much with the subject, I just know how well it worked on a smooth track.

Let me know if its even a remote option and I'll call you and order some!!

I have been running two 808's since 2009 and I have only positive experience with the RC-monster mount. I have crashed and dorked the car all possible ways and have yet to bend anything. In addition it is about as light as it gets and gives easy access to the center diff. Super product ++++++

The RC Monster mount takes all Metric screws and mounts the motor as low as it can go in the chassis.
Bad side is it sucks to loosen the motor up and make adjustments.

The EliteRc.com mount is a little nicer for the money. I have both in two buggies. If I were to buy another one, it would be another EliteRc mount!!

Ya cause originally I was considering the Elite and will go that way just wanted to see if anyone had RC Monster mount. Thx for the info.

Last question. Does the one screw on the Elite motor mount hold the gear mesh well enough. Thx again?????
